I have been fell discharge of urine discomfort at sitting.. relief at laying and itching at the mouth of upper vagina

Do a urine culture at any lab in your city. Drink lots of water, 3 lit a day. Wear cotton underwear. You will need a course of antibiotics and antifungals. See a gynaecologist or you may also consult online
