Pressure diastolic high
I have normal bp of 120/80 in the morning and afternoon time but in the night time my pressure becomes 130/94 or 130/90 in average .. specially diastolic pressure increase at night ..should I need to take bp meds on this ? Currently trying with diet and lifestyle modification but it is same

Just do the bp charting... No need of medication yet.... Reduce salt intake and reduce saturated fat intake

If diastolic is above 90 then consult on practo with bp record
