Without PPD. PPD in the long run can give rise to severe contact allergic dermatitis. And any chemical can aggravate hair whitening. And may I know which doctor suggested PPD free hair colour... a dermatologist right? If the doctor wasn't a dermatologist please visit one near you. There are a lot of PPD free and ammonia free hair colours available and dermatologist will be able to guide you correctly. I personally feel mehendi causes deposits on the hair shaft and makes it dull and dry. So visit a dermatologist near you. ALso, modify your life style. Start leading a healthy one. That really helps curbing the rate of hair whitening.
Next Steps
Visit a dermatologist asap. USe PPD and ammonia free hair dyes
