Premature greying of hairs

I am 22 years old. I am suffering from premature greying of hairs since 2-3 years which decreases my confidence on the perspective of personality. I was having kidney stone and fungal infections as past medical conditions. How can this premature greying be revert back to black hairs? What are the treatments available to stop it completely?
