Hello, Has she done a urine pregnancy test? If not then do a urine pregnancy test to check if she is pregnant or not. If the result is negative, she is not pregnant and wait for 7 more days for her periods to come. If they still do not come then consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation and management. If the result is positive, she is pregnant and consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation and management.

Go for home pregnancy test if positive consult nearest gynecologists as you should not take self medications because there will be no guarantee for complete expulsion of fetus, and if the fetus is developing in fallopian tubes you can rupture of the tubes....ultrasound helps to confirm abdominal pregnancy and complete abortion, retained product may cause sepsis and hemorrhage....

It's contraindicated to take abortion pills over the counter.... Legally you should go to registered Medical Center  confirm pregnancy first and then think about it
