Pregnant and tooth infection
I am 10week pregnant and past 3 days my wisdom tooth seem to be erupting. 2 days back I started getting the jaw and gums swollen and throat hurts too. When the pain gets unbearable I take pcm ( gynec allowed). Now it's impossible to open my mouth to eat or drink, and it hurts very bad. Lymph nodes seem swollen too, sometimes gum astringent helps but temporary. What can be done at home and I don't think any clinic wud be open these days?

My first point of suggestion is avoid visiting a dental clinic or hospital for next fifteen days untill the COVID-19 pandemic graph flattens. It is more likely to spread in dental offices. And as first hand home remedy you may try gargling your mouth thrice daily atleast with hot salt water. And concentrate on the side where the tooth is erupting.
Next Steps
If you don't find relief even after that do an online consultation with any of the dentist and get the experts opinion through video call or sending photos.
Health Tips
Dental offices are considered high risk to spread the COVID-19 so kindly avoid direct visit untill the curve flattens.
