Yes of course you can eat fresh seasonal fruits but dryfruits you can eat only in soaked form not raw also eat in limits.

Don't count too many calories if you are pregnant... Allowed dry fruits: Almonds, walnuts, cashews, Hazel nuts, Macadamia Nuts, some raisins, Fox-nuts etc Allowed fruits: All seasonal fruits including apple, pear, guava, pomegranate, kiwi,  Dragon fruits, etc. Fruits must be avoided: Mango, Banana, Lychee, Custard Apple, Papaya

Hi, You should take balanced meals comprising of all nutrients (carbs, proteins, good fats, fiber, vitamins & minerals). Yes you may take fruits & Dru fruits together as in smoothies.

Gud morning yes u can have but different times in a day. Suppose if u r having drydruits early morning after brushing or along with breakfast then try to have fruits either in mid morning snacks or 1hr after lunch post lunch. Try to have in moderation.
