Cramps similar to periods in early Pregnancy is normal if it's mild.  Severe pain needs attention, support and an ultrasound scan

Hello, It is common to have mild lower abdominal cramps in early pregnancy .Its a good sign that she has no bleeding . It would be helpful to take rest , avoid exertion , eat healthy fibre rich foods to avoid constipation and hydrate herself well .She can have a paracetamol (500mg)tablet once , ifthe pain is worrisome.
Next Steps
If the pain persists or increases ,then pls consult your dr.
