Hello you need not to take any pills as last 7 and first 7 days counting from first day of period are safe in a 28 days cycle. Means 14 days are safe in a menstrual cycle of 28days. You should have a knowledge  of this cycle, and should now  fertile and non fertile  days, this is a knowledge for all sexually active girls. Chat me for more details on Practo consult app online for any of your issue.
