Can a prega news kit give a false result if I checked after 15 days having sex? Because I checked something 15 days after having sex its show negative result but my period delay.

If you are checking after a delayed period ..the kits usually show a correct result.
If u want to be a 100% sure do a blood report called serum beta hcg.
