You are 5 weeks pregnant actually.  But you are telling that you are having bleeding and passing clots. Hence there are high chances of natural spontaneous abortion. Meet nearby gynaecologist. She will do the physical examination as well

As per the ultrasound the pregnancy does not correspond to 7 weeks It could be a nonviable pregnancy As per the ultrasound findings one can see a fetal pole at 6 weeks and heartbeat at 7 weeks You will have to repeat an ultrasound after 2 weeks to find out if it grows to be a normal pregnancy or not Till then rest and progesterone support is all that can be offered
