Repeat your beta hcg after 48 hours....doubling beta hcg will be a good indicator. Do ultrasound once the value crosses 1500 to confirm intrauterine pregnancy

Your β-hCG level = 317 mIU/mL (17 Nov 2025) LMP = 8 October → Today you are ~5 weeks 5 days pregnant. For this gestational age ,your value is much lower than expected. A single hCG value cannot confirm a viable pregnancy. What matters is serial doubling every 48 hours. What this low value can indicate: 1. Very early intrauterine pregnancy 2. Failing pregnancy / early miscarriage (hCG rises slowly or drops). 3. Ectopic pregnancy You have: • Lower abdominal & vaginal pain • Pain while urinating • Mild bleeding • Low hCG Your symptoms must be evaluated urgently to rule out ectopic pregnancy This is a treatable situation — but should not be ignored or delayed. So , do seek the help of your gynaecologist at the earliest.
Next Steps
1. Repeat β-hCG after 48 hours of first test 2. Get a Transvaginal Ultrasound 3. Test urine for UTI (urine routine + culture) 4. Red-flag symptoms (go to emergency immediately) • Severe abdominal pain • Increasing bleeding • Dizziness, fainting • Shoulder-tip pain Get the reports done as soon as possible and review the same with your gynaecologist
Health Tips
1.Avoid heavy lifting / bending 2.Stay hydrated 3.Avoid intercourse until diagnosis is clear
