Also can i take pills with other painkiller or health medication pills like combiflame or citzen etc.. I heard some other medications can reduce pills effectiveness.

Hello, Continue with the prescribed medication course and wait for withdrawal bleeding to occur. Do a urine pregnancy test if withdrawal bleeding does not occur.

Dear Ma'am, In a women with a regular 28 cycle,  menstruation takes place on Day 14. Intercourse in the early follicular period rarely leads to pregnancy,  especially if u have started on dianette thereafter. Maximum follicular suppression however occurs if the pills are started from Day 1 or 2 of the menstrual cycle. Drugs like barbiturates,  hypnosedatives like alprax or Diazepam causing hepatic enzyme induction may alter therapeutic efficacy, not simple analgesics. Some antibiotics like erythromycin or azithromycin may also alter drug metabolism.
Next Steps
Complete the pill pack,  regular medication as prescribed and wait for withdrawal bleeding within the next 7 days. Please do a urinary pregnancy test in view of non occurrence of withdrawal bleed.
