Pregnancy even after using ppiud
Hi doctors.
My wife delivered a child arroung 1 and half year ago by cesarion and insert IUD on 16 nov 23 post delivery in govt hospital.
And from last month, she is loosing weight becoming weaker . Also this time periods are shorter and lighter. So today she did pregnancy test and it was positive. So what could be done . And what to do next .

You should go to a local gynaecologist and also get an ultrasound done to localize pregnancy and the IUCD. It is possible to conceive with an IUCD but the rate of failure is very low
