Pregnancy dout. My cycle is not come?

Hi doctor My self ravinder yadav and  I want to ask you something . On 21st of Dec 2020 me and my partner done foreplay sex and I ejaculate on her tummy And after that quickly she washed her tummy and she washed her vagina and inner thighs . Basically she have have periouds cycle like 25 days last periouds day was 15th Dec 2020 and coming periouds day is 15th Jan 2121.but she not yet ovulation . And she saying ovulation always happen mid of cycle so why my cycle is not come ? And she is worried and she is worried to much about pregnancy So can u tell me it is any chances of pregnancy I not done intercourse with my partner only foreplay and I ejaculate on her tummy and she dout that wich I ejaculate on her tummy is liek from tummy to down on her private part but my sperm not reached before reached ahe washed quickly and she where her panty also but she washed quickly please let me knw is any chances of pregnancy.
