  4. Pregnancy, back pain. Does it means.

I am two months pregnant but I was having my periods in both the months but they last for only 2-3 days.. today I am having a severe back pain and feeling pukish. these are very severe today so I can not able to sleep properly. could you please tell me what does it means. or if possible please prescribe me some medicine or tablet.
