Hii I m 16 week pregnant but my baby growth is 13week 6 days and report says delayed conception PLZZ suggest is everything normal

Please don't panic, until the baby growth is good and baby's cardiac activity are good things should not matter much, there are sometimes differences in USG dates and LMP calculated dates , the baby shall hopefully grow normally.
Just take good nutrition, avoid stress all shall God willingly be normal
