Hello Dr, I am 4 weeks pregnant and my HBA1C is 8 , is it safe to continue pregnancy or will there be any risks in future? Please advise.

You can continue pregnancy. Definitely there will be risk. But this risk can be minimised by controlling blood sugars immediately. Please consult doctor.
