Hi doc,I'm trying to conceive and I missed my periods.periods suppose to come on 25th of July but still it hasn't come. I tested morning urine test twice at home and they both turned out negative.when should I retest? And what test I should do for accurate results.please suggest me.

if your cycle is regular,you don't have any complain(abdominal pain) and you are keen to know pregnancy ,better to go for blood investigation like s.beta hcg it will predict your pregnancy status.

U can repeat urine pregnancy test today. For accurate testing I can do blood test bHCG. But it is costly and not required. U can do an ultrasound of the pelvis to get an idea why u have not got ur periods. With the ultrasound report meet a gynaecologist for proper guidance.
