Post vital fatigue take two to three months to go ,start eating healthy food and moreover it’s not just food which will help you to come out of it ,you need to do exercise daily (and yes you can add mutton and other source of protein to your diet) along with protein add vegetables and fruits and keep yourself hydrated.
Avoid fried and junk food.
