Post pregnancy weight reducing
I'm mother of 6 months baby.. baby is still on breast milk .walking around 6 kms to reduce weight. Does walking reduce reduce weight? Or should I start few more work outs?

Hi. Yes walking will help in loosing weight . Also reduce oily foods .other abdominal muscle strengthing excercises can be done .

U can start other work out definitely.take advice from a fitness expert and then slowly start
