I was 54 before pregnancy, during pregnancy i was 78 and now i am 65. I am 5feet and want to loss weight. Please advise

Congratulations on your motherhood. Would like to know how many months or years back you delivered your baby? Start doing proper exercises and reduce the intake of sweets, deep fried items and junk. Cold drinks too. Reduce the amount of cereals like roti or rice.
