Post pregnancy fat
My wife has accumulated lot of fat on and around her belly and back area post two pregnancies. Please suggest good ayurvedic solutions.

If it was a normal delivery then she can start yoga or work outs after 3months. If it was a cesarean section then after 5-6months. Let her start some stretch excerise n yoga, that itself will help her.
Next Steps
reducing accumulated fat with medicine will not help in long run. I would advice Oly works n yoga bze she must b feeding the baby, intake of other medications will harm breast feeding.

u can try powder massage for the fat accumulated areas. Powder massage is available at ayurvedic therapy centers
