Post op oral surgery
I had oral cancer in the floor of my mouth due to betelnut chewing and left side of the jaw was replaced by grafting fibula in its place in Aug 2012. Radiation 30 sittings and adjuvant chemotherapy 5 sessions done 3 months post surgery. Regular CT scans show no recurrence since last 41 months. No smoking, drinking or PAN chewing since surgery. What are the chances of recurrence and for how long we should continue to follow-up?
