I ve given birth to a girl child two months ago and have been recovered by now. And my baby was also in good health condition. I have used iron folic acid tablets, calcium citrate vit D3 caps, B complex tablets till now. Do I still need to continue the medicines or stop them?

Calcium to go continue until breastfeeding. Iron only if u had hemoglobin less than 11

Need to continue calcuim and iron as you are breast feeding. Require a good diet of protein included to meet demands of growing baby !

Get ur hemoglobin levels checked If More than 10 Stop all medicine Continue calcium supplements till u lactate
