Post Covid - Tiredness
Hi Sir/Madam, Its been around 20 days, me my Mother (High BP patient)my wife and my father (Sugar & Thiroid patient) have faced corna pendamic, Medecines are over, but we all are very tired and week sometime...is it normal ? Or need Medecine s for that too, kindly guide...

Just have good diet and drink more water. Have proper rest, no need of any medications needed. If weekness seems more then take vitamin c and tablet zinkovit for 1 month.

Hi, it is very normal to feel weak & lethargic as you are still recovering from Covid. Kindly take a well balanced diet, do mild exercises and take proper rest.
