  3. Post covid fever. I consult a doctor?

Post covid fever
My mother was diagnosed with Covid-19 on 5th of April,she hospitalized and discharged. Now post covid she has weakness and mild cough for which she is taking medication. Since two days she has fever. I am giving her Dolo-650. During her hospitalization she was given remdesivir for which doctor told that she would have side effects. Having fever is a side effect or should I consult a Doctor?
