Portal htn with liver and spleen enlarge

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I had treated for portal htn with evl banding, my liver is enlarged alongwith spleen. I am a regular drinker now i started vomitting blood, will it be cureable if i stop drinking and also my billirubin is 8,stool normal in colour, not active, hunger is ok, plz reply me with suitable action, so that i can be well ok for my rest of life, thanking you
