I think i am addicted in porn. I have tried so many times to stop watching porn but finally I can not control myself from seeing porn. Basically everyday before sleeping I watch porn and then I do masturbation. Day by day this habit is creating lots of problem for me. So please tell me some practical techniques so that I can control this bad habit. So please please please help me.
