Poop is seed like & green

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My baby is 2.5 months old. For last couple of days her potty is coming in light green in color and seed like. Already visited a pedestrian, but its no help. What could be the reason for green and seed like poop. Also what can be done to avoid this. She is on cow's milk.

Stop cow's milk, give mother's milk. If mother's milk is not available then give any formula milk powder.
