Hello...... Polycysic ovarian syndrome is itself a cause for oligomennorhea and infertility... Oral contraceptives acts to bring the hormonal level under control, it regularise periods and minimize bleeding... So failure rate decreases further... ....consult gynecologist in nearest hospital.
