My wife got positive with pcos and been prescribed krimson 35 for more than 1 month. She missed her period this month. Is it safe to have no periods.

In PCOS the period s are irregular. Crimson may make them regular but it cant happen in one month.
Next Steps
Just do a pregnancy test on early morning urine sample, in lab to rule out pregnancy if negative, visit a gynec to get medicine for menses and to change crimson to something else
