Pock in nose
From last month I am suffering from this problem(pock in nose). I am not taking any medicine but I don't know what's the reason. Please suggest me what I will do. Because it's very painful.

Don't touch or press the pick. If there is no fever or swelling around nose than mild painkiller like paracetamol can help if it suits you. See your doctor if there is fever or swelling around nose.
Next Steps
Never scratch inside nose with fingertip or cloth or any other thing.
