Hi, these r decided by your genes. You cant change them by taking or changing food. No book or study mentions about food to have fairer ir darker babies. If parents r fair baby can be fair, if parents r dark baby can b dark. So its all decided and stored in your genes. About food, you can eat anything Nonsuch restrictions. No food is "garam" or "thanda".
