Your symptoms are quite similar to IBS in modern medicine or Grahani in Ayurveda..it's mainly due to your weak digestive system..you need to consult Ayurveda Practitioner for proper treatment
Next Steps
Have faith in your doctor and follow his/her advice accordingly..Kindly don't self medicate
Namastey
Your problem is too much âwatery heat (PITTA)â in the body with weak digestion. Because of this, you get loose motions and red acne. When you take only cooling medicines, digestion becomes weaker and stools turn sticky. When you take only strong digestive medicines, the heat increases and causes more loose motions and acne. So the solution is balance, not extremes. You need very gentle digestion-improving support along with mild cooling medicines, not very strong spicy or very cold remedies. only consumption of Pitaa Shamak will not help much, we have to get rid of the undigested older Aam from your body.
