Namastey Your problem is too much “watery heat (PITTA)” in the body with weak digestion. Because of this, you get loose motions and red acne. When you take only cooling medicines, digestion becomes weaker and stools turn sticky. When you take only strong digestive medicines, the heat increases and causes more loose motions and acne. So the solution is balance, not extremes. You need very gentle digestion-improving support along with mild cooling medicines, not very strong spicy or very cold remedies. only consumption of Pitaa Shamak will not help much, we have to get rid of the undigested older Aam from your body.
Next Steps
for proper treatment and care, you can contact us for consultation, including your dietary and lifestyle correction.
Health Tips
Eat simple, freshly cooked food, avoid chilies, fried food, coffee, fermented items, and raw salads. Prefer warm, light meals, small quantities of ghee, plenty of rest, and regular meal timings. Don’t keep changing medicines often—go slow and steady. When digestion settles, skin and bowel problems usually improve together.
