Pls help me frm Psorises

Question

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have psorises from past 12-15 years and on continuous medication.I have it for a month disappears next month again back again disappears.This cycle is continuing from a decade now I am fed up and want some permanent solution other than Aceret 25,which is currently going on.Also please if someone can help me with Natural remedies and any diet to be followed,soaps to b used,tips any other.please help.
