I took tretinoin gel 0.025% and also tablets of isotretinion for 4 months at the same time, now my skin is dry, please help me get my oily skin back

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Advise to reconsult with your dermatologist/take a new consultation to help you as dosing corrections may be required. Vit A products are known to make skin dry in the intial phase,but some measures can taken to reduce the aggravation.
