Please help!

Hi, Whenever I eat something, either small meal or large, there is belching once and I feel bloated after that(not an IBS).There is mild pain near navel area. Also, there is too much flatulence(generally without sound) which always starts in evening with brain fog.Is it because of SIBO? I DON'T HAVE ANY STRESS.

Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth is a term used to comment on intestinal flora. This could be due to high gastric acid secretion or autoimmnue inflammation or infection. Most commonly patient with gastritis will have indigestion , belching problem. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach.Drink lot of water , have fiber containing vegetables , exercise daily , have soft easily digestible food items .
