Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times

its a disc bulge compressing the nerve roots.
Next Steps
go for physiotherapy.ultrasonic therapy for healing,tens for muscle relaxation and heat therapy for reducing inflammation may required . take rest. then the exercises are to be done and very much important.
Health Tips
For back-at home.bed rest for seven days+hot water fomentation+application of pain killer gel..avoid forward bending, weight lifting, cold exposure , stair climbing.long travelling or driving, no prolonged standing/walking/sitting.

Just do Physiotherapy for 10 days with neuro modulator tab for 2 weeks . Back stretching n Exe.( Guided Exe.)

Hello, Nothing to worry. It's not a primary nerve problem. Its is an Occupational, Postural stress induced wear and tear of your spinal joints.
