Painful under heel and behind toes of right leg. Diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Need advice on treatment to heal

Soft heel footwear or inserts in footwear, passive stretching exercises, physiotherapy sessions for a few days. Alternate hot and cold packs. Anti inflammatory drugs for a few days. If no relief, then even an injection may be considered
