Plantar fascitis,heel spu

Asked for Female, 43 Years

Pain in the heel area of leg ,cant even keep the foot barely on the floor its pricking.its painful and doctor advised to use sandal.still its not reliefed,i want a good treatment and recovery for this type of problem.please suggest

Don't walk in barefoot it aggravate the pain.better wear mcp chappals it gives u good cushion effect for your foot.consult a physiotherapist to take ultrasound therapy or wax therapy along with some stretches it gives better relief. Don't walk and Stand too much
