You have to strengthen your leg/ thigh muscles to get rid of the pain.. This won't happen in days, takes time.. Try streching exercises for plantar fascia and Achilles tendon like wall push ups, stair streches etc. Details of exercises will be there in youtube/ google.streching of plantar fascia with a rolling pin or tennis ball will also help. Don't walk barefooted. Use heel support/ arch support shoes and a slipper with soft sole inside your house. For pain relief can take paracetamol / NSAIDS. Those are temporary relief only.. Detailed instructions please consult. Thank you!
