Planning to make 6 pack
Hi, I am 5.6 feet high, I was weighing 77 kgs, but now I reduced it to 71kgs, I would like to build 6 pack, I am doing exercises every day, I can see some progress, My concern is to speed up the process with diet control, if you can suggest me some diet to increase protein intake that would help me... Hello, It's great that you've reduced weight but you need to check whether you've only loss weight or have had fat loss. Also, getting 6 pack abs is not a easy task you need a disciplined workout and eating routine.Which is perfectly planned as per your needs
