My wife was on isotretinoin 10 mg twice daily for her facial acne treatment. We were advised not to plan a baby during course of treatment. After how many days we can think so. Please advice.

Hi. Greetings. Continue strict contraceptive measures till atleast one month after stopping isotretinoin. The person receiving isotretinoin should also not donate blood during this period.
