Pinching pain in scrotum

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I hav pinching sensation in scrotum as if someone is pinching me with a pin. It makes me embarrassed when sitting in public. Readjustment of testicles or penis doesn't help. I cant avoid itching my scrotum. It happens any time. Sometime pinching pains too & is unbearable. Looking at scrotum it looks normal to me.

I would advise you to visit a urologist so that you can be examined and undergo the necessary investigations to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
