Hi,
Pimples are quite common during teens upto 25 years of age. Is your skin oily? Do you have any dandruff? Are your periods regular? We need to get a detailed history. Also pusd painful pimples often need oral medication so you need to visit a dermatologist. Avoid picking of acne. Use a salicylic acid facewash twice a day. Use a good quality sunscreen every 3 hours. Acne by itself cause dull skin too. So treatment of acne will help you solve most of your concerns.
