Hellow doc, since I have been to kota ...Im having a lots of pimples on my face and hands above the elbow regions. They hurt me since while I take bath or wear clothes..and cause a lots of itching...same with face pimples they become very big ...

if you have dry skin dont use
try to use liquid soaps for face wash
take more water intake as excess heat will give you same symptoms
