Pimples marks on face
I have pimples marks on my face near nose ,on chin and on both cheeks, they also become red when i wash my face.
the spots are like pores open on face

For post acne scars the best modality of treatment is either with fractional laser or microneedling.. creams and medicines has minimal effect on scars
