Pimples during periods
I get frequent pimples regardless of how well I take care of my skin . These pimples seem to pop up specially during my period s. I really need some advice as to how to avoid it ! Thankyou .

Undergo virechana karma once. After that, take medicines Saribadyasava 15ml with water twice daily after food.
