Isotane contains isotretinoin.
You can take it in a calculated dose only for a limited period and shud be prescribed by a registered medical practitioner only.
The medicine needs to b monitored since it is associated wit local and systemic side effects.
Certain topical antiacne medicines can b applied with it.
You should see a dermatologist for the same.
